2010 S.M.A.R.T Baby Contest
“We ALL start small”
Cast your vote based on HBCU kidz, Inc. S-M-A-R-T criteria:
S  =      Smiling or seeming to enjoy the moment!  
M =       Motivational Gear must be seen in photo.  Could be waving an  
           HBCU Pennant,wearing HBCU college gear, or wearing the
            HBCU kidz branded inspirational gear.  No other brands should
            be visible or displayed in photo.          
A =       Alone in the photo. Only one contestant per photo.
R =       Raising school spirit (i.e. the school banner or flag) or reaching for a goal
           (anything inspiring such as a book, toy, pet, person, etc.)
T =        Too cute for words!
