Joan E. Gosier is a native of Mount Vernon, NY but moved twice during her childhood. So she claims
Baltimore, MD as her hometown because that is where she proudly graduated Class President of Milford Mill High
School. She graduated undergrad from Hampton University with a BS degree in Business Management and MBA in
International Finance and Marketing from the Ross School of Business. She serves as the CEO of HBCU kidz, Inc.
and also served as assistant sales manager of a local real estate firm. She spent 11 years in the pharmaceutical
industry with progressive assignments in corporate and field management, international finance, training and
development, research and development, marketing, sales and global corporate strategy. Joan pledged the
Gamma Theta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in Spring '88. Most importantly, she is a busy mom of
two inquisitive toddlers, Tomeara and Toleah. She is inspired by family and her greatest role model is her mom
who graduated as high school valedictorian. She instilled strong values regarding family heritage and believed in
putting “acquired education into practice”.  Joan is working on completing her first book, "
Cotton Pickin'
Paycheck-A 21st Century Journal of Escape from Slavery" which is a unique family keepsake.

Thomas Gosier is a native of Pompano Beach, FL and serves as the company's VP of Sales and Marketing.
Tommy pledged the Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. in Spr. '86 aka “Go-Go”. He graduated
from Hampton University with a BA in Sociology and emphasis in Criminal Justice.  He has had past experience as
a residential and commercial construction contractor, network marketing executive and outside sales rep for a
leading lawn care company.  He has strong leadership abilities and is a very supportive parent of Tomeara and
Toleah.  He has a very special gift for working with "at-risk" kids as a Mental Health Counselor and is especially
strong in building bridges with stakeholders. Tommy guides the long term direction and plans for HBCU kidz. His
life philosophy is "one must live life to the fullest and to show love to all mankind".  His vision is to reach across
class and other physical, mental and emotional barriers to professionally serve and uplift the black family through
the  communication of shared values and practices of respect and courtesy.

Tomeara and Toleah Gosier were born in Coral Springs, FL. Although they are NOT twins, their
closeness in age enables them to share a lot of mutual interests. They both enjoy singing, reading, watching
Disney Channel, flying kites with Daddy, riding kiddie coasters, going to the beach, and playing dress up.  As the
girls continue to acquire new learning, each one has her own ideas and suggestions on "how we can grow the
family business"!
