HBCU kidz, Inc.
Our innovative team formed after Hurricane Wilma hit South Florida in late 2005. We were stuck inside contemplating
life having no access to media noise...no TV...no radio...no distractions...just trying to survive.
In the "quietness" we realized that our children needed more brain stimulation and self-esteem reinforcement than
what was currently available in the market place. So we launched on February 1, 2006 from a common vision and a
passionate desire to improve the intellectual lives of our own brilliant "munchkins" and the ones in our respective
communities. Our diverse backgrounds, personal and career experiences, gifts, talents and skill sets, and cultural
backgrounds enable us to consistently do the following:
1) RESPECT OUR DIFFERENCES
2) COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY
3) THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX
4) MOVE QUICKLY AND
5) HAVE FUN CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING!
