HBCU kidz LAUNCHES NEW ACHIEVER IN TRAINING BRAND FOR KIDS AND INNOVATIVE
PRESCHOOL FUNDRAISING PROJECT

(Pompano Beach, FL) HBCU kidz, an online baby boutique, just launched its latest addition to
its popular and unique clothing and gift line "Achiever in Training".  HBCU kidz specializes in
providing quality Historically Black College and University (HBCU) gear, inspirational
gear, and family heritage gift selections for education fans throughout the world.

"Achiever in Training is a design inspired and created with love by parents for other parents
who are raising our future generation, "explains Joan Gosier, co-owner of HBCU kidz. She and
her husband Thomas are both Hampton University graduates and founded the
company with a business partner Magalie Joachim.  "Based solely on customer demand, we
will offer the trademark design on a variety of high quality clothing items such as bibs, t-shirts,
polos, short sets, dresses, and other casual wear for kids" explains Joan.  The
company’s goal in 2007 is to be uniquely customer driven using the convenience of the
internet.

Tommy explains "I think that if you expose our kids at an earlier age to the HBCU kidz
philosophy of introducing positive written affirmations of going to college or achieving goals
then over time we will see a decrease in a lot of the negative statistics and ideas that
we are often bombarded with in the media.  As a father, I try my best each day to routinely do
these things at home with my two toddler daughters".

Magalie truly embraces the thought behind the design.  "I believe each child must be trained to
achieve any specific goal.  My daughter, for example, graduated top of her high school class
and is now enrolled in honors classes in college.  My daughter did not achieve these
goals on her own but she was trained to achieve them.  For any parent that purchases the
‘Achiever in Training’ design’ I hope that the kids get the opportunity to discuss the purpose of
the shirt each and every time he or she wears it."

HBCU kidz, Inc. also partners with preschools, youth groups, clubs and teams to help develop
innovative fundraising projects around their trademarked educational unity gear.  Cynthia D.
Little is the Director of the Peter Pan Child Development Center, who just launched
an "Achiever in Training" fundraiser for her school on March 14, 2007.  She says, "we are trying
to break the trend of having a run of the mill school t-shirt sale.  We are doing a fundraiser with
a purpose.  Selling the educational unity gear is a fundraising project on one
hand, but it’s other purpose will be accomplished at the same time.  Yes, at the end of the
project we can buy more school supplies, but at the same time we are doing something
positive for the emotional and inspirational needs of our children and their families."  She
holds up one of the tiny t-shirts and accompanying books as she explains, "These items are
something that the kids can look back on as they look forward to one day going to college.
They will know that there is hope.  They can now be asked what school do they want to
attend one day and this fundraising book, "The ABCs of HBCUs" can give them some answers
from which they can choose!"

The HBCU kidz team is always seeking feedback and input from parents on improving the
internet boutique’s new product offerings and workshops.  For more information on how to
